Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you have double checked your order and measurements of products before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
If you have received your purchase and for any reason are not satisfied with it (i.e product is faulty, you have received the wrong item), please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do what we can to resolve the issue – your satisfaction is our number one priority! Any product queries need to be made within 7 working days of delivery.
