Shipping

We will begin processing orders as soon as payment is confirmed, and the processing time will take 1 to 3 business days.

WORLDWIDE: Expected shipping time internationally is 7-30 business days, starting from the day the order is dispatched.

We will post your order(s) via registered PTT Turkish Post.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that after your package is handed over to Turkish Post, the delivery time is beyond our control. If we are informed of any delays by the courier, we will do our best to keep you updated.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs, duty, or import tax fees. The shipping cost at checkout covers the shipment fees to your destination; however, AyzaStüdyo is not responsible for any customs or duty charges you may incur upon the arrival of your parcel in your country, nor for any loss or damage that occurs beyond our control.
